Salary : �25,000 Base (Year 1 OTE up to �35K, Year 2 OTE up to �65K)

What You'll Do:
* Source & Screen: Identify top healthcare talent using innovative recruitment strategies.
* Manage End-to-End Recruitment: From candidate sourcing to negotiating job offers.
* Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
* Develop New Business: Attend client meetings and networking events to expand your professional network.
* Close Deals: Help candidates land their dream roles and earn commission on your success.
Who We're Looking For:
* Sales Experience: Up to 6 months in B2B, B2C, D2D, or Business Development roles preferred.
* Degree Qualified: 2:1 or above desirable, but not essential.
* Competitive & Target-Driven: Sporting achievements or evidence of hitting professional goals highly sought after.
* Strong Communicator: Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
* Proactive & Self-Motivated: You take initiative and are ready to make an impact.
* Team Player: You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure success across the board.
