Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with a leading Engineering company in the Nuclear sector to recruit a Mechanical Fitter on a 12-month contract for its Burghfield site.
The Mechanical Fitter role comes with an hourly rate of �34.
Key skills
* Assemble components to parts list and drawing requirements
* Perform functional testing of assemblies
* Test assemblies to customer and/or NIS criteria
* Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
* Carry out mechanical assembly and testing to NIS and client specific requirements
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment on client sites
