to ensure a shared understanding across the teamFacilitating scrum events and/or refinement sessionsOperating with agility Assessing the impact of changes, capturing, analysing, and documenting requirementsSupporting the communication and delivery of change with stakeholders Provide expert advice and translating technical jargon to business stakeholders and colleaguesActing on opportunities to adopt trends and new conceptsContributing to course corrections (i.e. retrospective / lessons learned / feedback loops)Fostering a fail-fast culture of innovation and professionalism within your delivery team where there is clear ownership and accountabilityEnsuring adherence to agreed principles, guardrails, and governanceFostering excellent relationships with team members, relevant partners, suppliers, and internal / external stakeholdersPlaying an active role in our Communities of Practice to pass on knowledge and build expertiseWhat Do We Need From You?Are you;An experienced Change professional and passionate about T-shaped skills?Confident working in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery teams with an ability to flex your approach?Able to understand business change requirements whilst being agile in your thinking and approach?Able to focus on the customer and colleague with an innovative and open mind?Able to work in partnership with stakeholders including facilitating conversations and workshops to understand problems, in order to find the right solutions which deliver value for our customers?Able to thrive in self-organising teams?Able to articulate complex technical jargon in a way that makes sense to our non-technical stakeholders?Able
