You would manage the kitchen with the head chef and 2 others in the team.About the roleServices: Breakfast and Lunch c. 400 customers on site Covering head chef duties whilst awayWorking along side the head chef to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standards Maintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service. Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop About YouAble to work as a team member and lead the team when requiredPrevious experience working in a high volume, high quality environmentPrevious experience working in a B&I contract preferredExperience in working to an achievable GPStock and Waste control experience Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha\'s Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
