As an Electrical engineer at HMP Northumberland, your role is pivotal in maintaining the prison's essential infrastructure.Your primary responsibilities include the installation, testing, examination, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the prison. However, you will also be required to carry out a wide range of other duties. HMP Northumberland is large and varied, with buildings of various ages and uses, including residential house blocks, kitchens, classrooms, workshops, offices and of course lots of security equipment.
