As a Rating Surveyor, you will manage a range of surveying tasks for a diverse clientele, spanning from individual private entities to regional and national organisations. This role can be full-time / part-time offering starting salary of 40,000 plus company car / car allowance and hybrid working option.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting business development activities to expand professional network.
- Inspecting commercial properties and leisure businesses.
- Advising clients on rateable values and mitigation strategies.
- Submitting Checks and Challenges, preparing Council Tax appeals.
What we are looking for:
- Strong track record in the relevant surveying work.
- Track record in Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
