Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the UK General Manager you will:
* Oversee full P&L management for a minimum of �10m p/a, ensuring accurate reporting and financial control.
* Provide monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
* High to expert proficiency in Excel with strong working knowledge of SAGE.
* Manage currency exposure, particularly in Euro and USD.
* Collaborate across the business where required.
* Oversee one direct report, providing guidance and leadership in financial operations.
* Assist in financial system migration, with full training provided on new platforms.
* Analyse financial data to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for business needs.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Fully qualified CIMA Management Accountant (required)
* Proficiency in Excel and SAGE; knowledge of CDK/EBS would be an advantage.
* Strong international financial experience, including exposure to Euro and USD currencies.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Personal skills
The role would suit someone who has:
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights to support business decisions.
* Good communication skills, able to relay financial information to non-financial and senior stakeholders across different regions.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* ~3-5 years of experience and looking to develop their career.
