The ideal Reservations Coordinator candidate will:Full flexibility, including weekends and evenings, school/bank/festive holidays. Available to work Christmas and New YearEmbody the Sticks‘n’Sushi mentality in all day to day operations. We have BIG smiles and small egos with a Ja tak attitude.Answering of inbound booking enquiries in a timely and professional manner, both on the phone and email.Group bookings – set menus, minimum spends, pre-orders and manager communications.Daily confirmation of bookings and updating booking notes accordingly.Input of 3rd party booking entries in to Sevenrooms via Opentable.In-depth restaurant knowledge inc. capacities, turn times, menu, allergens and policies.Kids Masterclasses – Booking and manager/guest liaising.Social media responses to guest feedback.Gift card purchases.Cover and feedback reporting.General office maintenance including post and maintaining a clean environment.Ability to drive own performance, multitask and excel under pressure.Identify areas of personal growth to enable effective appraisals and future development within the company.Apply today and you'll receive a quick response to meet with us!
