Operations Administrator, Distribution CentreWe have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as an Operations Administrator at the Distribution Centre. You will work as part of the Distribution Centre administration team to provide efficient and effective administration support to the DC Operations team and interacting with the wider Merchandising team. This role will be working side by side with our operational team and is a shop-floor based role.What will you be doing?Carrying out all operational administration tasks related to Retail Store deliveries.Carrying out all operational administration tasks related to PVX and Netsuite.Undertaking all operational administration tasks related to customer ecommerce orders and returns. Working alongside the Operational Supervisors to offer day to day administration / PVX support.Liaising with internal departments that may include Trade Sales, Retail Marketing and others.Carrying out administration relating to DC stock file amendments. Supporting with stock takes for ecommerce.Running and circulating internal reports to key stakeholders. Any other administration tasks to support the Distribution Centre and wider Merchandising teams. Who are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience and knowledge of working in a administrative position in a distribution centre environment or a similar setting. You will have knowledge ofPVX and Netsuite or similar WMS systems and understand business key trading periods. You will have excellent understanding of stock management processes (including stock takes) and have a troubleshooting approach to stock investigations. You will be able to work in a fast pace environment and work well within a team environment.Why should you apply?This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a period of 6 months.Your main base Prescot.
