Workshop Operative - Entry Level
Location: Ramsgate
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: �23,800 per annum (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Skilled Operatives: Work closely with experienced staff to ensure the workshop runs smoothly.
- Efficient Workflow: Help move, stack, and organise materials between workstations to support productivity.
- Material Handling & Logistics: Assist with loading/unloading deliveries, packing orders, and managing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate pallet trucks and, with training, forklifts.
- Maintain Workshop Standards: Ensure cleanliness and uphold safety procedures at all times.
