As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, manage leases, handle lease administration, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants. This full-time role offers competitive salary.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked in a similar role such as Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Senior Property Negotiator.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in property management.
- Ideally have A-Level and ARLA qualification.
- Familiarity with lease administration processes.
- Must have own car.
