The Sustainability Advisor will be responsible for:
* Leading sustainability efforts across 3-4 projects and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
* Conducting site audits and recommending improvements for environmental performance.
* Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data to drive improvements.
* Collaborating with project teams to integrate sustainability into all development phases.
* Keeping up-to-date with legislation and best practices impacting the company.
The Sustainability Advisor will have:
* A degree in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a sustainability role, preferably in construction.
* Familiarity with certifications like BREEAM.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach to driving sustainability initiatives.
