An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety professional to work for a growing construction company. This position will be managing projects on a particular division of the business. You wont have any direct reports but there are growth plans for the business and you will be covering projects UK wide, therefore, the occasional over night stay will be required. The ideal candidate will have experience in a construction related enviornment.
The role:
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver the health & safety strategy
* Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation Monitoring and reviewing health & safety trends within the division to identify areas of improvement
* Develop and improve Health & Safety culture across the organisation
* Liaise with site teams and build strong relationships
* Managing 3rd party building strong relationships Support on incident and accident investigation when required and lessons learnt
The Candidate:
* 3 years + experience working in Health & Safety
* Experience in the construction or civil engineering
