UBLUK is currently seeking an exceptional Credit Underwriting Officer to join their dynamic team in Mayfair, London!
Reporting to the Senior Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating Buy-to-Let mortgage applications from portfolio landlords. This position requires a meticulous analysis of financial documentation and credit information to determine risk and applicant eligibility. You will collaborate with the Senior Credit Manager to provide insightful recommendations to the Bank's Credit Committee while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will help identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support the overall loan processing.
Credit Underwriting Officer Requirements:
* Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of financial accounts
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 software
* Adaptive to ongoing change
* Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality
* Experience of analysing rating agency reports (Desirable)
