As a Hall Porter at HMB Portsmouth, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do.
What you’ll do:
To maintain service delivery in 24 hour Hall Porter/accommodation reception
General Hall Porter/receptionist duties
To cover the annual leave and sickness of a Hall Porter and/or Accommodation Receptionist, within a 24/7 rota. Day shifts and night shifts.
Liaise with internal and external customers
Creating paperwork for arrivals.
Checking in and out.
Reporting defects in a timely manner.
To respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls.
Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality to comply with data protection and other security requirements
To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management
What you bring:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Available to work flexible pattern
Strong organisation and time management skills
Good customer service skills

Package Description
72 Hours per month (Generally 12 hours shifts once or twice per week)
Shift can be 07:30-19:30 or 19:30-07:30
£11.44 per hour
Overtime will be available
