We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our branch located in Newmarket, CB8 7NY. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our friendly team. This is a permanent full-time role working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
As our Warehouse Operative you will be working in the warehouse dealing with incoming deliveries and outgoing order picking. We are a forward-thinking company so if you have a desire for progression, there are plenty of opportunities for you to do so.
The main duties will include:
* Checking and booking incoming deliveries
* Ensuring stock is put away in correct locations
* Maintaining an organised and clean warehouse
* Processing and preparing orders ready for delivery by our own van delivery and courier dispatch
* Delivering goods to customers if required using the Company van
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
To join our team we are looking for a person who:
* Has warehouse experience
* Is confident using computers as part of the day to day work
* Has an outgoing, positive and professional attitude
* Has good day to day planning capabilities, this will be essential for the candidate to be successful in this role
* Is able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
* Is conscientious with good attention to detail
* Is polite, trustworthy and reliable at all times
* Is able to communicate confidently both written and verbally
* Is able to work as part of a team
* Full clean UK driving licence preferred
