Adult Speech and Language Team is located at Woodhouse Medical Practice Leeds, we work with adults over the age of 18 who have communication or swallowing needsWe are seeking an experienced Operational Team Manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.Objectives of this roleMaintain constant communication with managers, staff, to ensure proper operations of NHSDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocolsIncrease the efficiency of existing NHS processes and proceduresEnsure that operational activities remain on time and within budgetTrack staffing requirements, hiring new employees as neededOversee finance and accountsResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolutionManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent patient careWork closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliantOversee materials and inventoryConduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper managementPlease Review the Job Description and Person Specification Attached for full Requirements of the Role.Adverts will close early where the maximum numbers of applicants is reached.Working for Leeds community Healthcare NHS TrustWho are we?Leeds Community Healthcare provides a range of community-based health services across the whole city.
