The role of Area Manager will play a pivotal part in this transformation, reporting directly to a Regional Manager.As an Area Manager with Rowlands Pharmacy, you will oversee the operations of multiple retail pharmacy locations, ensuring each site delivers exceptional customer service and meets performance targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, staff management, and operational efficiency to drive business growth and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.
