As a Customer Solutions Officer, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our customers, resolving queries swiftly via telephone, email, Facebook, and Twitter. With a blend of multitasking and problem-solving, your role will also include providing essential administrative support to our Housing and Maintenance teams, ensuring that customer interactions are smooth and efficient right from the first point of contact.
Hours of Work: Part Time, 16 hours per week, Maternity Cover up to September 2025
Salary: �23,879 to �25,134 pro-rata
Customer Solutions Officer Requirements:
* A proven customer service champion with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Confidence to work autonomously and make informed decisions
* Experience in social housing is desirable, but not essential; full training will be provided
