We're seeking a Fleet Administrator to play a key role in the smooth operation of Sodexo's vehicle fleet in the UK and Ireland.Based at The Data Centre in Salford with hybrid flexibility, this position supports our road transport needs across all segments, providing essential administrative, legislative, and compliance support for everything from company cars to HGVs and electric vehicles.In this role, you’ll work closely with our National Transport Manager, assisting with day-to-day queries, maintaining our fleet database, handling commercial vehicle hires, and ensuring our reporting is accurate and timely.You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a variety of internal and external contacts, contributing to the wider team by handling essential fleet-related tasks, ensuring smooth processes, and keeping us compliant with all relevant regulations.We’re looking for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fleet experience is beneficial, though a solid administrative background is equally valued.This is a Monday-to-Friday role with flexible hours, and we need someone who can cover shifts until 4:30 or 5:00 pm as needed.
