We\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Costa Coffee Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.As a Costa Coffee Team Leader, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Deliver the perfect cup of coffee to every customerProvide an exceptional customer experiencePrepare hot and cold foodsUse tills and cash handlingMaintain high levels of health and hygiene in storeTo lead shifts when required including opening or closing of the storeTrain and support Baristas in delivering an unbeatable coffee experienceTo make and present hot and cold foods to include sandwiches, paninis and toastiesCash Management of tills and floatsResponsible for ordering consumables/Food and accepting deliveriesTo comply with store and hospital safety standardsReview monthly audit scores and ensure standards are delivered 100% of the timeTo be knowledgeable about products and answer customer queries in a timely fashion.To brief and communicate any changes or introduction of new drink recipesOur ideal Costa Coffee Team Leader will:Passionate about customer serviceAble to work under pressureConfident working in a hospital environmentPrevious barista experience and supervisory knowledge is advantageous, completing rotas, performance reviews and return to work interviews.   Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. Brand ambassador with a strong passion for coffee standardsQuality driven, with a sound knowledge of health and safety and an awareness of food and hygiene standards.The ability to communicate effectively with all customers, including patients, visitors and healthcare staffConfident working in a hospital environment and aware at times you will meet patients that are particularly unwell or showing signs of distressPossess good IT skills; fully competent in Microsoft Office and educated to GCSE level in English and Maths.   This position is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service check; costs met by the employer.  As part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
