The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret function sheets to plan and organize equipment and displays.Coordinate with kitchen staff across buildings to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.Deliver with attention to detail and presentation.Ensure all hospitality areas are kept clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing.Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and service timelines.Foster a team spirit and collaborative working environment between all departments Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards and excellent customer service.Schedule and manage time to ensure efficient service delivery.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence.Qualifications:Previous experience in hospitality and events environment is essential.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
