What you’ll do:
Provide top-notch customer service to our colleagues and corporate clients
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
Work closely with the loading bay and mail room team, delivering a seamless service
Assist with the resolution of any logistics-related issues or discrepancies
General deliveries across the site, including some waste pickups
What you bring:
Certification to drive forklift truck is a bonus, but not essential
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, or a willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills and a service orientated attitude
A full UK Driving Licence
