Quality Systems Product Lead
Contract type: Full time
The Role:
This role will lead the development of Achieve togethers Quality systems (products), developing system features, functionality and provide support for a range of applications. 
Collaborating closely with our Quality and Operational teams, the relevant IT suppliers and our Data and Insight team, the role will engage users to create product backlogs, prioritise, design and develop solution and liaise with suppliers on system issues, upgrades and releases. 
Our aim is to leverage our applications, automate, integrate, and deliver agile and beneficial IT change for our teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role reports into Achieve togethers IT team but will be a key partner for the Quality & Operations teams to engage, build relationships, identify and delivery system changes.  It will:

Proactively investigate, identify, and translate business needs into detailed requirements.
Then assess current system features, prototype new configurations and or digital forms and workflows that will deliver the required business process solution.
Manage the change process, building a backlog of work, agreeing priority items for development, and planning out a roadmap of small change sprints.
Manage, set up and amend our SaaS systems configuration, RBAC controls, workflow, digital forms, and automation tools, to create, test and deliver solutions.
Work with systems suppliers on system upgrades and releases and other third-party systems providers on cross platform integration.
Support users to engage, own and embed change through training and support, collect feedback for future iterations.
Investigate and undertake root cause analysis of any system issues, to then work with suppliers to resolve and fix.
Ensure the vision of the product is being delivered and drive continuous product improvement and optimisation.
Ensure data quality by embedding good validation, exceptions reporting and collaborating with users on sound business processes to embed and systemise quality by design.

Essential Requirements:

5 Years + experience in a relevant SaaS application support, product, or analysis role
3 years + experience with agile software development methodologies
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on Quality, Audit or Compliance solutions in the Health / Social care space
Proven experience of agile methodologies
Quality, audit and compliance systems, e.g. Radar, Datix, Access Group preferred
Other modern SaaS platforms in the Quality systems in Healthcare, e.g. Audit, risk, compliance, HSE, etc
Process automation, workflow and integration tools, skills, and knowledge
System configuration, set up of rules, roles-based access, and other controls.
Good knowledge of project, sprint, and agile planning
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and follows up on promises.
Excellent time management and meeting facilitating skills.
Able to plan and prioritise relevant tasks.
