The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools such as PowerBI and QuickSight, proficiency in SQL, and hands-on experience with AWS Redshift database. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and QuickSight to visualise key metrics and trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needsPerform data analysis, data profiling, and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of informationOptimise and streamline data queries and pipelines using SQL for efficient data retrieval and manipulationInterpret data, analyse results, and provide insights to support business objectives and initiativesMonitor and maintain data quality and integrity across databases and reporting platformsWe encourage hybrid working at Compass Group with colleagues generally spending two or three days a week in the office or on-site with the remainder working from home.
