As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll take the lead in managing the admissions process and ensuring a seamless journey for students from application through to enrolment. You will liaise with our dedicated agent network and internal teams, ensuring that every detail is handled with accuracy and professionalism. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you support students through the visa documentation and application procedures, all while collaborating closely with our marketing and admissions functions.
Admissions Coordinator Duties:
* Drive the processing of applications and manage relationships with agents, improving our conversion rates.
* Prepare Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statements and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
* Maintain meticulous student records to guarantee data integrity at every step of the admissions cycle.
* Deliver outstanding service to students, staff, and stakeholders alike through various events and orientations.
* Collaborate on process improvements and contribute to insightful reports on admissions trends and compliance.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Salary: �28,500 per annum
Admissions Coordinator Requirements:
* Degree-level study or relevant work experience.
* Excellent understanding of customer relationship management.
* Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
