Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the PMO you will:
* Manage and lead the Project Controls team, comprising project controllers and discipline specialists.
* Conduct daily line management duties for all team members.
* Facilitate the professional development of team members through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training.
* Coordinate formal training requirements to enhance team skills.
* Support the production of high-quality, coherent, and aligned outputs in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, RAID, and Document Control by all team members.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
� Experience being a senior member of a project controls team, being capable of working fully autonomously with little to no oversight
� Experience in developing tools, processes, guidance and standards for project controls processes and outputs
� Managed a multidisciplinary team of project controls professionals, producing integrated outputs for several years and being fully capable in line management.

� 25 days annual leave per year raising to 30 (x1 day for 2 years’ service)
