Customer Service Manager - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 07:30-16:00 - 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to coach, motivate and develop a team of managers. Enabling their teams to deliver an exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will influence behaviours and cultures within a department ensuring teamwork and professionalism. The role will involve leading a team of managers, driving employee engagement, process improvements and focus on revenue growth.

What you’ll need:
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage a large team demonstrating influencing and persuasive skills, gaining buy in from stakeholders
• Provide leadership and support to employees
• Self-motivated and conscientious
• Proven in revenue growth with the ability to create incentive schemes.
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Proven customer service excellence with both internal and external customers
• Capable of developing strong client relationships
• Experience of using Microsoft Office Programmes
• Good presentation skills
• Devising new ways to carry out tasks, solve problems and meet challenges.
• Ability to prioritise workload especially when working under pressure and to strict deadlines
