Levy Cleaning is the estate wide cleaning service for Chelsea FC. At Chelsea we cater for an estimated 1.15 million fans annually. Delivering catering across 43 public outlets, 58 boxes and 20 suites on match-days. There are over 1,000 corporate and private events are held at Stamford Bridge each year. The new Community Stadium at Brentford FC was mobilised by Levy in 2020/21 and caters for up to 17,500 on a matchday with a fast growing non-matchday businessNature and Scope of Roledelivering timely and accurate financial reporting through the completion of daily tasks including takings reconciliation for the sales and purchase ledger function. Underpinned by an organised and proactive attitude with a focus on relevant company and finance policiesReporting to Finance Business Partner and working closely with culinary, operations team as well as the wider finance team and senior management at both venues and the Levy familyFocus AreasFinancePurchases & costsReconciliation of all purchases using Foodbuy & SAP bi-weeklyHighlighting and investigating variancesReviewing all outstanding action on FoodbuyEnsuring all purchases are correctly approved and coded Maximising purchasing complianceSupplier statementsSales & revenueReconciliation of daily taking for all operational units, investigating and highlighting variances Monthly, matchday and adhoc billingsEnsuring correct client codes and/or purchase order numbers are usedOn account charges, approval and cross-chargingMaximising purchasing complianceSupplier statementsManagement AccountsCompletion of all reconciliation to month end deadlinesEnsure minimal outstanding queriesSupport with adhoc analysis as requiredOtherHealth & Safety: maintain compliance and personally demonstrate that you take responsibility for your own and others safetyProfit Protection: comply with guidelines to mitigate loss and theft to protect our property and brandPeople: realise the potential in all colleagues and take an active role in supporting diversity and inclusionPerson SpecificationAt least 4 years   experience in a finance roleIdeally studying for a CIMA/ACCAAccuracy and the ability to hit time pressured deadlinesConfidently able to manage a wide range of activities across a fast-moving business, in a calm and structured mannerWell organised, process driven with the ability to problem solveCan communicate well with all levels of colleagues and will have the confidence to persevereFlexibility and a can do attitudeAs part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
