About The RoleThe purpose of our overall marketing team is to support the business in driving growth- delivering innovative marketing strategies across Catering, Retail and FM support services within the Healthcare sector. As such. We are now looking for an additional marketer to join our team - who will take the lead in terms of marketing, communications and implementing the right strategies for our Senior Living brand. Ideally a graduate with a marketing qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, experience in the care or retirement living sector is advantageous but not essential. As a key person your success will come from being able to deliver clear and compelling marketing messages resulting in building brand awareness within the senior living market, and strengthening relationships with clients and residents. We see this as an exciting role with the opportunity to develop and deliver our marketing strategy on a national basis for the senior living market.Roles, reporting. Working on multiple projects at any one point you will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage project timelines. You will work closely with the wider Marketing team and report into the Head of Marketing for Healthcare, and also the senior living leadership team. Although you will be the main marketing lead for senior living, you may also support on projects across the wider healthcare sector. You will be communicating at all levels with various stakeholders, internal senior team, clients, on site teams and external marketing agencies. Mission – Drive growth and increase awareness of our senior living brandDeliver exciting, insight led solutions across catering, retail and FM servicesDeliver an insight-led promotional marketing calendar Driving B2B brand strategy Main duties and responsibilitiesImplement an annual marketing strategy and promotional calendar based on commercial data, supported by creative development of consumer communications and POSLead the development of operator communications and playbooks which make execution easy, and track implementationCreation of B2B sales tools such as brochures, trade ads and campaign white papersManagement of website, and working with agency to manage and monitor performance of SEO strategyWork closely with the resident experience manager to support resident experience events calendar, providing collateral and brand supportBe visible in our business contracts, supporting site teams on the ground with marketing implementation and brand standard executionWork with finance to develop business cases and measure impact, evaluating success and proactively sharing learningsTo demonstrate a clear understanding of sector specific legislation, working closely with the dietetic and culinary leads to ensure all comms align to residents needsWorking closely with external marketing agencies to co-ordinate marketing campaigns, artwork and print requirements Understand and utilise relevant industry insightsSupport PR and comms for the sector, providing content for website, trade press and social channelsKey Relationships & Interdependencies Marketing Team Culinary LeadDietetic LeadOperations teamGrowth teamPatient/Resident experience teamKey skills, qualifications and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative approach with an ability to drive and inspire wider organisational engagement to get programmes implemented with operational teamsHighly commercial and numerate Evidence of participating in cross functional collaboration Experience working with external marketing agencies and briefing creative marketing projectsPragmatic and comfortable with ambiguityDigital Marketing experience is desirable – managing photography, videography, web content and an understanding of SEO3+ years experience in Marketing roleFull UK Driving Licence – travel will be requiredExperience in the care market is desirable but not essential
