An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a private client department at a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Legal Secretary, you will offer essential administrative support to legal professionals, expertly organising & managing legal files and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules for fee earners.
- Communicating professionally with clients on behalf of the legal team.
- Managing correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
- Performing essential office duties such as answering calls and handling document filing.


What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as a Private Client Secretary, Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
