If you\'re passionate about culinary excellence and want to make your mark at the highest level of professional sports, this is your moment.Duties:Team Leadership: Support kitchen growth and lead in the Head Chef’s absence.Performance Nutrition: Participate in AVFC-provided nutrition education.Kitchen Operations: Ensure food quality, portion control, and garnishing across all sections.Food Safety: Maintain HACCP compliance and hygiene standards.Preparation and Service: Cook and serve food efficiently to high standards.Inventory Control: Oversee deliveries, storage, labeling, and waste management.Menu Planning: Assist with menu creation, costing, and budget adherence.Communication and Records: Liaise with front-of-house staff and complete required documentation.Essential skills:Proven experience in a professional kitchenStrong, quality operational experience with a passion for fresh food.A growth mindset with strong and positive communication skills.Articulate and numerate.
