Reporting directly in to the Groundforce Shoring Sales Director, our Regional Manager will drive the success of the region in achieving the revenue targets set by the business and contribute to the overall success of the UK Shoring business. Working within and being responsible for our Scotland region you will work closely with the Area Managers to identify, target and connect with key decision makers and influencers involved in relevant Shoring Projects.Key Responsibilities Ensure that the Shoring Revenue Target for the Region is achievedWork to a well-researched, targeted, strategic Regional Business Plan to deliver growth and achieve agreed business objectivesPlan regular face to face time with Area Mangers within the region to help develop sales, train, mentor & guide. Assist with group presentations with key contacts and target audience groupsEnsure activities levels are kept high, monitoring all Regions performanceMaintain an accurate up to date database of key contacts within relevant businesses, targeting and identifying opportunitiesOversee the interactions between the sales team and the hire desksIn conjunction with the Sales Director effectively plan and execute recruitment campaigns within the regionPersonally manage selected accounts within the Region - develop and manage a pipeline of projects (demonstrating profitable revenue) which is clearly visible to senior managementMarket Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, hire desks, marketing, major projects & technical team, to ensure seamless execution of rental contracts and customer satisfaction.
