Pay: �22 - �40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Standard Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (with potential for a 4-day workweek)
We are currently recruiting for multiple pharmacist roles across a range of clinical specialisms with our hopsital based clients in Hertfordshire . These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work in leading clinical settings, offering high-quality care in specialized areas. You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team, playing a key role in patient medication management and contributing to positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting clinical checks and prescription reviews
* Providing medication optimization and clinical advice to patients and healthcare teams
* Managing treatment regimens and reviewing therapies in specialized areas (Oncology, Women's Health, Pediatrics)
* Supporting medication reconciliation, discharge preparation, and care plan development
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

* GPhC registered pharmacist with relevant clinical experience
