We collaborate closely with defence leaders to create an environment that supports individuals, the community, and the overall base.Working across our military sites in Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire we now require a Trainer to deliver front line training across all service areas (catering, retail, cleaning and Mess services) to support our managers as we look to further develop a highly skilled and passionate workforce. Although a training qualification is not essential, you will need to have an operational background in soft facilities management, extensive experience of training out practical skills and a desire to develop our teams.You will need to approach the role with passion, empathy and boast outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as great organisational skills to manage and track progress across multiple sites and disciplines.
