Our workplace food experiences are driven by our promise to live more sustainably and responsibly, working towards our goal of net zero by 2030.More about the role:As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following areas:Take overall responsibility of ensuring the contract is operating within contractual terms.Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.Plan and implement the strategy of growth of the business in each through leading the development of long-term account plans.Development of strategic client relationshipsOversee and lead of management of HSE relating to the contract and teams ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained.Seek ways to enhance quality through innovation and cost efficiency.Communicate strategy to team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.Play a key lead role in the retention of the contract and develop a strategy for growth.Drive and implement strategies to develop, train, maintain and motivate direct team down to frontline to deliver business requirements.Ensure succession planning and development plans are in place for direct reports by you and by your team for the tiers below.About you:3+ years of contract / multi-site management experience in a catering businessExperience of working within brand guidelines to deliver resultsExperience in highly commercial and price sensitive marketsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrable financial acumenExcellent management skills & ability to demonstrate change management through a teamTrack record of growing sales and retaining businessDriving licenceWe’re people-powered at EurestIt’s an understatement to say that we’re passionate about what we do, which is why we’re committed to attracting the best and brightest people to join us – could that be you?
