Job Description:
We are currently searching for an ACT Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS hospital in Bournemouth. This is a full-time, 3-month minimum role starting in January 2025. The position offers a Band 5 pay scale with an hourly rate of �18ph to �21ph. The working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing medications and ensuring accuracy in prescriptions.
* Supporting the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations.
* Managing stock levels and ensuring the safe storage of medicines.
* Providing support to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Maintaining accurate records in compliance with NHS guidelines.
Requirements:
* Qualified Pharmacy Technician (ACT)
* Hospital experience is not required; full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Available to start in January 2025.
