Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a background in orthopaedics to join our client's reputable hospital in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to contribute their expertise within a hospital setting and enhance patient care in an orthopaedic department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing and reviewing prescriptions for orthopaedic patients
* Providing clinical advice to the medical and nursing teams on medication management
* Ensuring accurate medication record-keeping and dispensing protocols
* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
* Supporting the delivery of clinical services within the hospital's orthopaedic department
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a hospital environment
* Previous experience in orthopaedics is highly desirable
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
