The strategically important General Manager role comes with a salary between �75,000-�85,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Group COO you will:
* Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and services.
* Guarantee timely completion of deliverables, including data collection and reporting.
* Maintain high client satisfaction and performance standards.
* Collaborate with technical team leaders to create comprehensive and professional proposals that align with business objectives.
* Track and report profit and loss, alongside quarterly business performance metrics, to the executive team.
* Manage invoicing processes efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.
* Implement effective communication strategies to ensure alignment of client expectations with project outcomes.
* Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong, transparent relationships through consistent and professional communication.
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement by identifying innovative solutions to enhance processes and resolve challenges.
* Evaluate team capacity and recommend recruitment strategies to address resource gaps and support company expansion
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Degree qualified in a technical discipline, ideally electrically biased
* Operational and management experience
* Full driving license
