Hours:Permanent full time role - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pmHybrid working from Skipton Head OfficeSalary:£40,175 Per AnnumClosing Date:Fri, 6 Dec 2024We’re looking for an Implementation Support Analyst to work in our Technology Strategy team, providing essential support for the formulation, communication, implementation, and execution of our Technology Strategy. Working closely with our key business area stakeholders and member of the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy team, you’ll support the Senior Technology Implementation Manager in co-ordinating and communicating functional strategy and initiatives.This role is responsible for supporting the development of communication content, presenting information clearly to various stakeholders, supporting documentation processes, producing reports and other administrative tasks. te communication content, including emails, intranet updates, and other departmental/functional communications. This may sometimes include board level material.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with project goals and is effectively targeted to the intended audience.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies using analytics, feedback, and engagement metrics.Provide reports on communication outcomes, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommended actions.Use task management tools to monitor and update the status of ongoing activities.Supports the presentation of technical documentation to non-technical audiences, translating complex information into easy-to-understand formats.Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Assist with administrative tasks, including recruitment coordination by working directly with the Talent Aquisition team, documentation management, and preparation of meeting notes.Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Create and update departmental documents, including PowerPoint presentations, communication materials, and other supporting documentation.Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all documents.Support the development of regular reports on project progress using data, management information (MI), and key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyse data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to the team.What Do We Need From You?Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information.Proficient in Microsoft Of
fice Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience with data analysis, report creation, and communication tools.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with measuring and analysing communication effectiveness.Knowledge & ExperienceExperience developing communication content and measuring its success.Familiarity with task management and reporting tools.Demonstrated ability to work with data and present it effectively.Previous experience in a communications environment or support role, ideally within a project, implementation, or administrative.
