Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading global EPC Contractor within the Power Industry to recruit a Contracts Manager for their CCGT plant based in Grudziadz, Poland.
The Contracts Manager position comes with a day rate from €400.00 to €550.00 per day (dependent on relevant project experience)
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements to ensure alignment with project requirements and company standards.
* Ensure contracts are compliant with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
* Maintain an organized repository of all contractual documents, amendments, and correspondence.
* Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure contracts are structured to minimize legal and financial exposure.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards in all contractual engagements.
* Liaise with legal teams to address complex contractual issues or disputes.
* Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations in collaboration with legal and operational teams.
* Ensure timely and amicable resolution to maintain relationships and project timelines.

* Grudziadz, Poland
* €400.00 to €550.00 per day (LTD company position)
* Start date - December 2024
