This purpose-built home offers deluxe residential and specialist dementia care on both a long-term and respite basis. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments) and mentor junior members of the team - helping to foster a pleasant, stress-free environment and give residents the best possible quality of life.

Person specification :
* ( Essential ) At least 2 years' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
* ( Desirable ) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification
