As an Operations Manager, you will take the reins in managing all logistical and operational requirements of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and achieving our ambitious service level targets of 99%. With your expertise, you will lead the Logistics Department, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing a high-performing team and enhancing customer satisfaction through outstanding service!
Hours of Work: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Operations Manager Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role.
* FORS Practitioner certification.
* Proven transport leadership experience.
* Track record of improving warehouse operations regarding cost efficiency, materials handling, and delivery accuracy.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a motivational approach.
