About The Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Divisional Director within the Supported Living Division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Homebased/Remote - With National Travel Required 
 
Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the Divisional Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Divisional Director and other senior executives as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Divisional Director.
   - Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

2. Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and partners.
- Facilitate communication between the Divisional Director and various departments / verticles within the organisation.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Divisional Director.

3. Project Coordination:
   - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of divisional projects and initiatives.
   - Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
   - Compile and analyse data to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

4. Divisional Support:
   - Provide administrative support to other members of the Supported Living Division as needed.
   - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the division.
   - Participate in divisional meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR Level 3 in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior leaders in a corporate for-profit environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proficiency in proofreading and editing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Car Driver with ability to Travel across the Regions providing support where / when required.
