There is a team of 6 line managed by the service manager. All staff are allocated a number of supported accommodation, regular supervision and team meetings, training opportunities and working within the wider team.A day in this role looks like….As a Floating Support Worker at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Brent Mental Health Floating Support Service). Your contributions will directly influen ce the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:To formulate, implement and review personalised, client-focused support plans with service users and associated professional participation.To be responsible for developing, supporting
