Amending reservations as/when required.Respond to guest queries, in person, via phone and email.Proactive and adaptable approach to any situations that may occur. Always ensuring guest satisfaction.Communication is key, maintaining effective channels of communication with all departments.Handle guest complaints to the best of your ability, utilising our management team as/when required.Work collaboratively will all departments, providing regular updates and relevant information specific to their department. This can include guest requests and changes to reservations.About you:Previous experience as a Receptionist is beneficial. Desirably in a hotel or similar environment.A proactive and reliable attitude towards work is essential.
