We are looking for Nurses and HCAs interested in a temp-to-perm role in Barnby, Beccles, Suffolk NR34.
Shift Times:
Day Shifts:
- 1 Nurse
- 1 Carer
- 2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer)
- 1 x 12-hour day care per week
Night Shifts:
- 1 Nurse
- 1 Carer
- 2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer)
- 2 x 12-hour night care per week
Total Hours: 36 hours per week (2:1 = 72 hours)
The individual requires care for complex conditions, including:
- Respiratory Issues: Needs airway management and suctioning. Potential CPAP or tracheostomy under discussion.
- Neurological and Developmental Conditions: Severe epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, autism, ADHD, and more.
- Gastrointestinal Care: Needs tube feeding, ileostomy management, and treatment for reflux disease.
- Orthopaedic Issues: Chronic dislocated hip, scoliosis, and osteopenia.
- Adrenal Insufficiency: Needs monitoring to prevent adrenal crisis.
- Neuropathic Bladder: Requires intermittent catheterisation.
- Skin and Surgical Care: Requires care for skin lesions and upcoming surgery in 2025.
