Building on this success, they are now opening a brand-new nursery in Enfield, and they are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to take the lead. The Role
As the Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of launching and managing our new nursery. From setting up processes and building a strong team to ensuring we deliver outstanding care and education, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch Leadership : Take ownership of the nursery's setup, including recruitment, compliance, and operational planning.
* Team Building : Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated early years practitioners.
* Compliance : Ensure the nursery meets all legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards, including achieving a strong Ofsted rating.
* Curriculum Development : Design and implement a rich, stimulating curriculum tailored to the needs of each child.
* Parent Partnerships : Build trusting relationships with parents and carers to establish a positive reputation in the community.
* Business Growth : Work alongside the directors to build enrollment and ensure the nursery's commercial success.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications : Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), with a thorough understanding of EYFS.
* Experience : Proven experience managing a nursery or early years setting, ideally with involvement in launching or growing a nursery.
* Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset : A proactive approach with a passion for building something new and achieving success.
* Passion for Early Years : A deep commitment to providing the best possible start for children.
