The Role:As Kitchen Porter, you play a vital role with the preparation and function of the kitchen. An ideal role, if you are seeking a role within a kitchen that can develop your skills and offer progression.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Washing plates, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.Clean kitchen machinery, ensuring all machinery is operating efficiently.Mop floors and wipe down kitchen stations and surfaces.Ensure sufficient supply of clean stock, ready to use as/when required.Follow hygiene standards, including re-cycling and waste management.Support the kitchen with basic food prep as/when required.Experience as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen is preferred but this is not essential. We will provide all the necessary training required for the role.
