Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a one of the largest energy companies as they build a brand new team to recruit a Business Operations Manager. This role will be hybrid working from their Derby office.
The Business Operations Manager will be integral for the business as it develops. This position comes with a salary between �58,000- �71,600 depending on experience, pension and flexible working.

Responsibilities and duties
As the Business Operations Manager you will:
* Oversee administrative, back-office, and operational support activities for the business.
* Be an integral member of the leadership teams
* Manage the full journey from initial enquiry to energisation.
* Support the iDNO team in achieving business objectives and driving growth.
* Mange the iDNO enquires, as well as customer and B2B enquires.
* Maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.
* Plan and manage work programmes for the Operations Team.

* iDNO or DNO background
